Answer: Contacting a care provider is easy. When viewing a profile, you have the choice of a telephone number or a click on the icon that says “email this care provider” you will then be directed to a new page where you will input your email address and a note for the care provider in the message box. Click send and your message is instantly sent to the care provider of your choice.
Question:How do I sign up my care services?
Answer: Becoming a member of CareHunter.com is simple and quick. On the CareHunter.com home page locate the "List your Care Services" on the right hand side of the page, click "Proceed". You will be directed to the sign up chart where you will choose the type of membership you desire along with the type of care that best describes you, then click "Sign Up". The correct registration page will appear. Answer all of the questions to the best of your ability and at the bottom of the page click "Subscribe Now" and finish your registration using PayPal services. Congratulations! You are now a CareHunter.com member.
Question:Can I list my care services under more than one "Type of Care"?
Answer: Here is an example, can a Elderly Care Home also be listed as Alzheimer/Memory Care? Yes, you can list your services under more than one type of care although, each listing will require a new membership. Another option would be to list your care services under your primary type of care and describe the additional care services that you provide. For example, an "Elderly Care Home" could be the primary type of care and in the "additional information" section, it would be stated that the home also cares for people with Alzheimer or have memory care needs.
Question:How long is a membership good for?
Answer: Your membership is food for one year from the date of purchase.
Question:Do I have to pay for CareHunter.com?
Answer: Persons whom are looking for care are not required to pay to use CareHunter.com. All information on potential clients including contact information is free of charge.
Persons and businesses that are looking to promote their services on CareHunter.com are encouraged to sign up for a Premium Membership. With a Premium Membership, members are able to upload photos, video links, website links and detailed information. Payments for Premium Membership is accepted via PayPal using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or your personal PayPal account.
Care Providers can also list their services for free, they can click on this link "Free Membership" and be directed to the free membership page.
Question:How is payment for my membership completed?
Answer: CareHunter.com uses PayPal services to complete transactions for our members. Paypal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or you can use your personal PayPal accout. If you do not have a PayPal membership, PayPal will ask for your email address so they are able to send you a receipt for your transaction. CareHunter.com does not have access to any of your credit card information.
